Last week the softball season started in the ward! Now that temperatures have a dropped a bit and only a little bit, they decided to do the games at night. :)
Daniel was very excited to play some sports again, and what better than Softball, which he loves so much. Benji and I decided to go as cheerleaders for daddy and the Bethany Home team.
Fortunately it was a good game and our team won!! But, Daniel is very competitive and even though they were winning by a few runs already, he couldn't help but try to score another run, and so that they wouldn't get him out, he decided to slide into home plate. Of course he got a big raspberry on his leg that hurt until the next day.
This week the game is going to be even later, so maybe Benji and I can't go, but we hope that it will be another win towards going to the tournament, and of course that Daniel will wear long anti-raspberry pants this time :)
